Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following will be required for all returns:
1. Receipt or proof of purchase
2. Photos of the item(s) being returned
3. Proof of return shipping. Customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment. The time it takes to receive your refund can vary depending on your financial institution.
All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
For exchanges, we will send out a replacement upon inspection of the returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
We only exchange items that are defective or damaged at the time of receipt. Items can only be exchanged for the same item that was purchased. To be eligible for exchange, you must send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from the date of delivery confirmation.
